Manifold, Gauge & Block-and-Bleed Valves
Valve assemblies for instrument isolation, venting, equalisation and maintenance.
Range & Configurations
- 2-valve manifolds
- 3-valve manifolds
- 5-valve manifolds
- Gauge valves
- Block-and-bleed valves

Selection & Technical Information
Choose the valve arrangement for static or differential pressure service. Confirm instrument mounting, process connection, vent arrangement and wetted materials.
Typical Applications
- Pressure measurement
- Differential-pressure instruments
- Maintenance isolation
What to Include in Your Enquiry
Instrument type, manifold arrangement, process and instrument connections, and service conditions.
EN 10204 Type 3.1 certification is standard for this product range. Type 3.2 certification must be requested before manufacture.

Can FSZ help identify a replacement?
Yes. Provide the product marking, dimensions, connections and service details. We will check the proposed selection before quotation.
Is this range stocked in Zambia?
Local stockholding is planned to support Zambian requirements. Our team confirms local or regional availability and delivery for the exact items requested.
Compare Instrument Manifold Arrangements
Choose the arrangement around the pressure instrument, process connections and approved operating procedure. The table describes common configurations; confirm the actual flow schematic and instrument compatibility.
| Type or requirement | Selection guidance |
|---|---|
| 2-valve manifold | Typically combines isolation with a vent or test function for a pressure instrument. |
| 3-valve manifold | Commonly provides two isolation valves and an equalising valve for differential-pressure instruments. |
| 5-valve manifold | Commonly adds vent or test functions to a differential-pressure arrangement; verify the model’s schematic. |
| Gauge valve | Isolation for a pressure gauge, with bleed or test facilities where specified. |
| Block-and-bleed valve | Combines isolation with a means to vent a defined trapped volume. Confirm the isolation boundary and discharge arrangement. |
Copper-Plant and Utility Applications
Enquiries may cover pressure and differential-pressure measurement in concentrators, process utilities, gas measurement and water systems. Send instrument details and the actual media conditions so mounting, wetted materials and vent arrangements can be assessed.
Replacement and Project Checklist
- Instrument manufacturer, model and static or differential-pressure duty.
- Required arrangement and flow schematic, process connections and instrument mounting dimensions.
- Fluid, pressure, temperature and material requirements.
- Vent or test connection details, discharge destination and required inspection documentation.
Follow the instrument and manifold manufacturer’s instructions for equalising, isolation, venting and commissioning. A manifold layout alone does not establish a safe maintenance sequence.
When should I consider a 5-valve rather than a 3-valve manifold?
Where the instrument and operating procedure require additional vent or test functions. Confirm the model’s flow schematic and the instrument requirements before selection.
Can FSZ match an existing transmitter installation?
Send the instrument make and model, mounting dimensions, connections and photographs. FSZ will assess a proposed replacement; dimensional and functional compatibility must be confirmed.
Does block-and-bleed mean equipment is safe to work on?
It describes valve functions. Confirm the required isolation, depressurisation and verification procedure for the actual system before maintenance.
